Dahab lies on the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt. With a relatively short flight and 80 minutes transfer to your hotel, it is possible to enjoy the magical conditions from the day you arrive. Dahab is very special place as it offers three different sailing areas: the “Lagoon” is a protected bay, with a large area of standing depth water and best place for beginner riders, the “Speedy”, a perfectly flatwater area for advanced windsurfers and the third area the “Kamikadze” with open swell (no breaking wave). Dahab offers ideal conditions to practice all watersports and the organization and logistics are ideal to spend your days of sport.

What do we offer?

Windsurf camp – intermediate and expert level

Thanks to Dahab’s three different spots, the windsurfing camp will focus on advanced freeriding and teaching basic freestyle maneuvers. We could also learn new jumps thanks to the favorable conditions at the “Kamikadze” spot.

Since the group is limited to 10 people, coaching can be focused on each individual’s needs.

(If you want to be accompanied by family members or friends who are still not familiar with watersports we organize private or group beginner lessons for both windsurf and wing foiling).

How do we coach?

The level required to participate in the camp is to have full confidence with windsurf navigation in medium/strong wind and small waves (max 1 mt). Your coach Fabio Calò has been passionate about windsurf for several years. Former Italian wave windsurfing champion, Fabio has actively participated in world windsurf competitions and regularly practices windsurf on Lake Garda and all around the world. His experience extends to windsurf foil and wing foil.

Accomodation and partners:

Our home will be the Swiss In hotel which is located right on the beach (1 minute walk from the watersports center). The rooms are comfortable and you can have your meals (breakfast & dinner) offered at the local restaurant. We are also happy to collaborate with Vetratoria Watersports Center, a reference point for windsurfing and wingfoiling in Dahab that combines passion, professionalism and local spirit to offer a unique experience to all lovers of water sports.

Program:

5 Dec: arrival + transfer to Dahab

6 Dec – 9 Dec: Windsurf camp – training sessions and daily video analysis.

10 Dec: packing and transfer to the airport

Daily Coaching Schedule (6 Dec – 9 Dec):

10:00 briefing at the beach

10:30 simulator lesson

11:00 – 13:00 first training session

13:00 – 14:00 lunch

14:00 – 16:00 second training session

18:00 – 19:00 aperitif and video analysis

20:00 dinner

Prices:

All inclusive with double room: 1360€

All inclusive with single room: 1490€
